Julie Kiehne is an administrative professional with experience in educational, managerial, and executive roles. Serving as Winona State University’s Business Outreach Coordinator, she is committed to delivering high quality, customized training programs tailored to improve organizations’ vitality in the region. Julie earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato and is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership at Winona State University. Her Master’s capstone project included research on Workplace Mental Health, and she conducted a Toolkit Usability Study with forty midwestern business leaders.

Boost Mental Wellness

We spend one-third of our lives at work. Our mental wellness in the workplace matters. This engaging and interactive workshop is designed for entrepreneurs and seasoned business professionals interested in acquiring insights, resources and tools to support mental wellness in the workplace. We’ll discuss the incidence and impact of mental health, challenge existing stereotypes, and explore how to support an inclusive workplace environment.

Learning Objectives:
